Yes and no; I gave up my old account because a power-mod banned me from a default sub for being a KIA contributor. Within 2 weeks I was banned from about 20 different subs, many I had never even visited. In theory that should not be possible with the "new" rules but somehow I feel that will only be applied to subs like T_D that might ban SRS/Pol trolls.
