Yes, people who call themselves Libertarian are Libertarian. All that's required to be a Libertarian is to breathe through your mouth at all times and never get a single fact correct in any conversation.

It is, yes. It does change from time to time, but Libertarians have been identifying with the conservatives over the past few years.
Also, the whole "uniparty" thing is a really skillful way to discredit yourself as a serious person, and I applaud you.

That's a no true Scotsman fallacy.
Libertarians don't advocate for anything for other people, only for themselves. So if they don't like something, they want it banned. That's their whole schtick.
