I don't think there is a truly organic and unfiltered publicly influenced forum anywhere, with blacklisted hashtags, arbitrary trending topics, and this sort of bullshit.
4chan comes close I guess.

I never bought this explanation. With vote fuzzing you never have true zero, especially when the votes number in the tens of thousands. Refresh in a controversial post that's over a year old and way past voting and you'll see it fluctuate around a "true" score. That and I don't think you would be on the front page with a natural zero, even with early momentum.
