In the context of “a storm is coming”
The daily stormer is a Nazi propagandist site that promotes the viewpoint that white Christians are under attack in America. +++ is not plus signs. They are crosses, meant to differentiate the user as a Christian
Turns out the OP either has some other vague notion of a storm coming, or would not like to admit they read the stormer
