Comment on: r/politics blatantly removing any opinion that goes against the narrative - I was facetious, but not at all hostile. (original in comments)
Automod did that. You can figure out what the trigger was by posting your comment paragraph by paragraph and seeing what stays. I would guess it was the use of "you" and some other word or words. Politics seems to have a filter for when users refer to others like that too much.

Not to rain on the parade, but that's how ceddit marks all removals.

Why should I believe this random list is OP?

Reddit has offices in Ireland for tax purposes. It's the same reason Google and Facebook are over there. They get to hide revenue from Uncle Sam.

Comment on: r/politics "Censored within 15 seconds" - There is no political discourse on this site.
That means the sub also isn't counting your downvotes (even though reddit is pretending otherwise). What you might have to do (if you care) is bite the bullet and say something pandering about Bernie Sanders to get you positive upvotes. Once you're in the positives, the time filter (and secret negative vote filter) is lifted.
Or just use an alt to get an upvote on whatever and then test the filter with that account.

Try testing the comment in an old r/politics thread. If it gets removed right away, then you're hitting some filter. (Things that start out "You're" often hit it, such as "You're evil".) If that's the case, try posting paragraph by paragraph and see which ones get removed. You can narrow it down to figure out the filter. Just don't respond to yourself because all self-responses get auto-removed.
