The medical community doesn't cave to the delusions of the severely depressed with euthanasia. It doesn't cave to the delusions of anorexics with further starvation. But when someone has gender dysphoria, *and I sympathize with them*, the medical community readily mutilates, frequently resulting in depression and suicide.
It's only vaguely a treatment option in the sense that a sawing off a bullet wounded limb like it's 1863 is a treatment option. Just because an ethical treatment doesn't exist yet isn't license to do whatever the fuck. Anyone performing the surgery is a **criminal bum.**
