This isn't really censorship. This is more, "Don't come into my house and insult me." If a sub is called /r/atheism it is for discussing atheism not for religionists to go there and insult religion. It's pretty much going into a sub about say Apple and making posts only about PC's. After all atheists don't go to /r/Christianity or /r/Islam to post or insult.
