Once again, you can't prove a negative. How could he possible prove nobody else is under the restrictions? You can easily disprove it by proving a single other sub is under those special rules.

You can't prove a negative. That's like asking me to prove you never raped anybody. Whoever makes the claim that something is or happened has to provide evidence.
If other subs are subjected to bullshit additional rules, provide evidence or your claim is meaningless.
