Comment on: Employed programmers of Voat what's the best examples of coding challenges that you'll typically face during an interview.

Thanks for that. I believe you sort of helped ease some nerves when it comes to the interviewing process.

That's actual pretty simple do you know of any good links to practice coding challenges because I have been thinking of starting to apply to places, but am currently unaware of how hard or easy the interview questions are, but based off of what you're saying so far they seem somewhat easy.

So programming a typical bubble sort , insert sort, and merge sort? What's the most difficult problem you've had to solve during an interview.

Word to the wise if you go down this path try to specialize in some form of coding and not hop around like I did. Comment on: Anyone here that knows anything about d3.js?

Duly noted if you need any help with d3.js just ask I don't have very much experience with D3 ,but I'm a fast learner(when it comes to programming).

Comment on: What language should I start learning? (IT/Networking college student)

Ruby is mostly for web dev not much else learned that the hard way. c is old school. Perl is pretty good for networking based on what i did of 5 mins of googling. Heard it also has a good libraries for networking, so just be careful it should be based off of what you wan't. I found C++ archaic so avoid that if your a beginner and I don't think there are many job opportunities for it.

Here's a good mooc on data visualization. Should teach you the basics of d3. What are you trying to accomplish with d3? https://www.udacity.com/course/data-visualization-and-d3js--ud507
