Time to leave reddit, seriously. Where's the non-partisan alternative!?

And you claim to hold the same standard for the fear mongering opinion pieces? Think carefully about your answer before I go through the sub's top posts. By the way, I posted a study there on how influenza re-emerged after 17 weeks of isolation. That was promptly removed, because it doesn't fit the lockdown narrative. Your sub's chock-full of people espousing a severely irrational fear of the virus. That should be self-evident in the bias you espouse.

I made an appointment with a psychiatrist I used to see. He's only taking phone appointments, so I was skeptical, but relented upon the insistence of family members (I just have sleep issues). Not only is he compromising on the quality of his treatment while still charging the same price, but his business is booming and, surprise surprise, he's a staunch supporter of elimination policies (think Victoria, Australia and New Zealand). Disgusting.

All that ~~dribble~~ drivel and you still haven't provided a decent explanation for why you removed it. You're an authoritarian shill that must be profiting from propagandizing an irrational fear of the virus. Shame on you.

Oh I didn't notice that it's from the UK. Thanks for pointing that out. Yeah we can only wonder where, I guess it's more indicative than confirming. The subsidies are economic law, though.

I don't know to what extent, but 9/10 being significantly under plus subsidising covid deaths would naturally result an oversupply.

The key is that the restrictions would impact preventable deaths. Lockdown doesn't reduce preventable deaths unless the ICU is going over capacity. "New York City spent $52 million on coronavirus hospital that served 79 patients " https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/new-york-city-spent-dollar52-million-on-coronavirus-hospital-that-served-79-patients/ar-BB170MU6

> I don't exactly get their conclusion that the limited access to healthcare reduced the numbers of deaths of other natural causes. That is strange. Limited access to healthcare would increase deaths from other causes. You sure that's what was claimed? Perhaps that's what they meant.

In June, 9/10 of the top causes of death were significantly below average, whilst there's been a law enacted forcing a 20% higher insurance pay out for c19 deaths. What do ya think? There's also been people listed as covid deaths even though they were never test, although I don't recall the source but can search it if you require. http://inproportion2.talkigy.com/cause_of_death_20jul.html ------------------------------------ Section 3710 of the CARES Act provides for a 20% increased in Medicare payments for COVID-19 diagnosed patient. “SEC. 3710. (a) IN GENERAL.—Section 1886(d)(4)(C) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395ww(d)(4)(C)) is amended by adding at the end the following new clause: ‘‘(iv)(I) For discharges occurring during the emergency period described in section 1135(g)(1)(B), in the case of a discharge of an individual diagnosed with COVID–19, the Secretary shall increase the weighting factor that would otherwise apply to the diagnosis-related group to which the discharge is assigned by 20 percent. https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/BILLS-116hr748enr/pdf/BILLS-116hr748enr.pdf ------------------------------------ Stephen Crowder has a good 'Change my mind' video on this topic, and he uses difference sources to come to the same conclusion.

It takes 30 seconds to skim to see what the article is about, and to see that it does indeed include citations. If something is ridiculous, then ridicule it instead of banning it. Yeah, you're within your rights to censor it, but that censorship is suspicious or ignorant.

> Most articles are framing and blaming whomever they can on the right. This is 99% of reddit. Censoring anything against a left wing narrative is enforced in every which way except officially. Have you also noticed how the reddit hive mind will cherry pick the worst representations (inarticulate, overweight MAGA hats) of people who oppose their leftist opinions (actual majority of population, including many intellectuals) and bring them to the front page to shit on and act above them? Very manipulative.

I know in Tinder 80% of women compete for top 20% of women, but the male:female ratio is whack. That's why hypergamy isn't a valid conclusion from this.
