Comment on: Social Media Censorship In More Than Banning Users And What The Write
I'd call that a reddit moderator problem. Permabans are wildly abused nowadays. I've gotten more permabans in the last 3 months than in the previous 7 years. It's a sinister undercurrent to this website. Ain't nothing to do with us. We just use our voices.

Damn right, but you got a touch of a higher calling in your actions. I wish to acknowledge your purity of spirit.

There’s something wrong in the milk. I’ve gotten more permabans in the past 2 months than in the previous 7 years. Mods are abusing their power. Bans are too much power for mods to have. Suspensions. That’s what they should have.

Comment on: Banned from r/iamatotalpieceofshit for pointing out censorship on the sub
Reddit mods are really on a power trip lately, I've been permabanned from more subs in the past 2 months than in the previous 7 years. Bans are abused. It's too much power for a mod to have. It's a serious issue.

Getting banned is always censorship. Give no quarter to these censorious fucktards. Always inexcusable.

Comment on: reddit is banning all incel subs for "ban evasion"
So instead of having all the incels in their own communities, we set them free to ~~infest~~ take part in other communities that ~~don’t~~ want their company

Comment on: Banned permanently from /r/worldnews because I exposed China's death grip on the WHO
Thank god for this sub. In my heart there's a whisper that's telling me there's someone high up in the reddit hierarchy or someone in a position of power that looks at this sub and takes some kind of action against the forces that seek to corrupt and poison discourse. You can't stop it you see. There will always be the will towards freedom. Ideas want to be free.

Comment on: A compilation of some of the calls to violence from leftist subs that reddit refuses to moderate. Repost this everywhere people, the site must know.
Why are we advocating for more censorship? Yes it's hypocrisy but you're advocating for admins to have more power, something they clearly can't be trusted with. Common carrier. It's our voices that make reddit what it is. Leave our voices alone. No censorship ever.

Comment on: r/History mods ban me for requesting that the EU allow non-partisan private investigators to investigate the Holocaust, despite my family being enslaved and raped by the Germans during WW2.
Stubborn people like you are what cause real change. Love the attitude.

Free speech is the ideal that all cultures should strive for. How about the EU take time out of their busy schedule of regulating cookies to do something actually progressive and give people protections on their own voices. You can't control language, you'll fail.

It sounds like OP is an individualist more than a collectivist. Lots of evil has been done in the name of keeping society in order, the impulse to hide and censor is one of the most telling signs of evildoing. Just common wisdom really, sunshine is the best disinfectant.

Comment on: Gab.com has been censored by their host, GoDaddy. A web site that simply says "Speak freely, there is no censorship here" is censored away.
I just got a free speech boner from this. That's how you deal with people who demand an apology.

Comment on: It's the censorship Olympics over at /r/OutOfTheLoop as the mods have to deal with some uncomfortable but rule-abiding explanations of Dinesh D'Souza's "Death of a Nation" movie. Next event: 4D Chess as they attempt to explain away their rationale for removing perfectly good replies.
This censored comment is probably the best analysis of the movie I've seen. And I actually saw the movie in the theater, not just spouting shit about something I haven't seen.

> "What is Death of a Nation?
It is a movie by Dinesh D'Souza discussing the history of the Democratic party, the history of the Nazi's and the history of the end of slavery up to the civil war.
> Why is it so controversial?
This is where it becomes hard to give you a "non-biased" answer.
I think if you ask people on the left, they would say the media(news, TV and movies) and academia is in the center and some might even say it does lean towards the left some, but I'm skeptical.
I think if you ask people on the right, they would say the media(news, TV and movies) and academia is soft left leaning to hard left leaning.
The general media telling of the Nazi's and the Confederates were that they were right-wing parties and that fascism is a right wing concept. This challenges that concept and many people on the far right of libertarianism and the center right of the Republican party would tell you it is the opposite.
The key questions to ask are this:
* Is racism what defines whether a party is left or right? Can both parties be racist? Can neither be racist?
* Can big government be a right wing and a left wing concept? And where do Libertarians, who want no government fit into this? Can a party be both no government and complete government control at the same time?
* What is the actual political spectrum? And how do other parties besides Dems/R's fit into it?
> Why is it generating such a buzz online but not really offline?
I don't think I can give you an answer from either viewpoint that would be completely neutral."
