You can see this shit everywhere in "conservative" spaces. They downplay their insane bullshit with stuff like "this grandma walked in the capitol on January 6th and now she's facing thirty years in prison!!!" then you look up the case and she smashed a cop in the face with a fucking ice pick. And you DEFINITELY see it all over reddit where people whine about catching a ban somewhere, they say something like "I was banned for going against the leftist narrative!!!" then you check out their comment history and it's some unhinged white nationalist bullshit about drowning immigrants in razor wire

I've just noticed a trend when people complain about censorship they're usually talking about forming an ethnostate or executing trans people and that's why their accounts get banned.
