The topic is censorship
The target is lack of leadership with the liberals
It's not about political leaders, it's about cultural leaders, social leaders
The left eats itself daily with their race to be a victim. One day it's all women. But not conservative women. Then it's gay men, but not gay men who didnt vote for Hillary. Then it's trans, but not drag queens in parades. It's minorities, but only if they support allowing 10yr old kids to dance on the bar at a gay club.

The left has not had a unified voice in anything at all, since they started bubbling up during the last Presidential election.

Let me guess - a few lefty idiots made fake accounts in those subs a while back. On some day or days, they will all post stuff that goes against reddits TOS/rules/policies.. and thus the mods have reasons to ban the subs?
Is reddit trying to lose advertisers and investors while losing contributors?
additionally and more importantly, do the people who want to censor this place and the voices think they are making more allies, or creating more people who "jump ship" to the other side? I'm guessing the latter, and the tallys arent close.

If it makes you feel any better about how outright absurd that sub is, that is the same place that had a "woman" lie about completing a marathon, get gilded, rah rah girl power, only to be called out on her BS lie and then have the idiots there backtrack and tell her "that's okay, we believe in you anyhow" and let her off the hook after lying to everyone.
also the sub where "women" who were "raped" tell the other "women" there that they are not reporting their rapist that they know, to the cops nor reporting the rape at all. Then when asked "what do you want to say to the women here who is about to be raped by him next" they reply that it's their choice.
That sub exists to make women victims and to keep them victims. If it were secretly run by women-hating trolls, I wouldn't be surprised.

Well yeah, that sub has been an agenda sub for a long time now. Their echochamber shrinks daily with how well the US and President Trump is doing, so at this point, it's a few dozen kids talking to bots and fake accounts.
Let's say you're a day 1 Reddit user and not a stupid 19yr old blue haired kid. You wander over to that sub and see that all the top posts are all in some way anti President Trump, and most every source is missing credible sources or data. It's mostly opinion pieces from asshurt losers. You dont think that the new face realizes they are in an echochamber? Oh they do, and that is one point that gets brought up whenever new faces show up to T_D. "if they post all this nonsense, what are they trying to prevent me from seeing".
and as such, T_D grows organically, and the agenda subs turn into places of nonsense and little matter.

Comment on: Somebody's long rant about "guilty until proven innocent" just got upvoted to the frontpage of /r/TwoXChromosomes in less than 30 minutes, then promptly got deleted by moderators
Remember, that's a sub that once got duped by a woman who claimed to have run a marathon or 10k? something like that. After it was revealed she lied, the "women" there rallied around her to tell her she could do it though. After she took in all the congrats and praise.. they still didnt call her on her shit. Well, the real women who did call her out got shamed for calling out a liar and fraud. *boggle*
That sub is full of the WORST advice I have ever seen in a sub. Another example:
"I was raped (uhh, hmm?) and I didnt report it" (one of many of those threads that claim rape.) Anyhow - I said "how would you feel if he raped a girl who is reading your thread now and you could've prevented it?" Told them I'd be mad if the rapist then assaulted my girlfriend and it could've been prevented. Then I added "to those of you reading this, how would you feel if you were raped by a guy that this girl could've had put away?"
Silence. deleted comment. Censorship.. buried replied.
That sub exists to create and stay victims. also, it's so poorly run if it turns out to secretly be run by 4Chan trolls, I would totally get it.

How do you ever tackle the problem when you're not allowed to talk about it?

Oh I get that. But i also wonder how much of the dislike is actually real.
I see a LOT of anti Trump subs with lots of upvotes and no comments.. and subscriber counts that dont match activity.

Go into non-default subs (entirely devoid of politics) and see a pro Trump statement and see how many upvotes it gets. there's a huge upswing of his supporters here, but you'd be hard pressed to find it because of how the subs are manipulated. The top subs have some fuckery going on in them and seeing the bot accounts get busted just bolsters my impression.

If the admins didnt interfere, this website would be Pro Trump and it's not even close.

The politicians can't control the people in these bad situations if those in need no longer require assistance. They give these inner city folks a crumb from the dish, and claim they cannot give the whole meal because the evil "man" won't let them.

I bet the actions of the mods around this place push more people away from their agenda, then towards it.

Comment on: /r/worldnews, /r/news and /r/europe censor thousands of comments about the Manchest arena bombing
Given the history of these types of attacks, it's a Muslim. People guess Muslim, get comments removed and/or banned.
Attacker was Muslim.
People sitting on the social fence see how the left keeps hiding the truth, or perverting it to fit their agenda. These people take a step closer to the "right" (whatever you want to call it) of the fence looking for the truth. Sometimes the truth hurts, but you still have to hear it. The head on sand approach doesnt work.

Comment on: /r/TwoXChromosomes "proactively" banning again
Yep.. got that yesterday too.
Out of the blue.. a ban from a subreddit I didn't frequent.
Also, the actual women in that subreddit have left. It's now a shit show of fake accounts, agenda-driven liars and the WORST advice for women I've ever seen. It's so bad i think it's secretly run by women-hating men! "dont report rape" WTF? Me: what if a female here gets raped by a guy you didnt report? Them: "ahh.. ahh.. err.. It's up to me to report it or not!!" oooohkay.
You liars.

I hope the potential sponsors looking in realize that reddit is full of censors.
Then when everything is white washed and censored, the advertisers will realize that selling their product to whiny "activist" children with low or little spending money isn't worth it.

So the internet site that runs on user-submitted content, whereby the top submissions are what the users decide them to be.. is actually being censored to mostly or only include the content the people with power want their audience to see.
Sounds a lot like the media.
