The far right people I’ve encountered are racist out of fear and ignorance. They have never left their town, city or State, don’t care to meet outsiders, and are suspect of anyone that doesn’t look like them.
I don’t believe one type of racism is better than another. All forms need to be eradicated via education and experience.

Regarding the projection point, White Liberals are incredibly racist at heart. They genuinely believe that brown people are too stupid to take care of themselves and must be saved via social programs.
