A 3090 will net you $12 in bitcoin a day and cost $1 in most suburban areas of the US. Then you can sell it six months later for nearly the cost of it new due to scarcity, so it's not even a matter of your hardware needing to pay for itself. You might as well be borrowing it for a security deposit.
