In lastpass there was a setting in which everytime I have to use a password I have to login a master password. Like when edit, copy, launch etc. On Bitwarden I did not found the same.

I didn't understood about sending tab to phone but there's extension called Pushbullet in which you can send links and texts to the phone vice-versa. Maybe you can check that out.
