Comment on: NoNewNormal gets a concentrated attack from multiple major subs yesterday morning and the mods decide to delete all mentions, and shadowban all members mentioning it, while saying they aren't
I just checked and you are not admin shadowbanned, never mind about that theory

Shadowbans can be done by admins, and admin shadowban is outside moderator control

Comment on: Banned sitewide for posting a pic of playing cards
maybe they thought the gun reference was a threat? I don't; think they are banning talk of the massacre

Comment on: Banned sitewide for posting a pic of playing cards
Where is the sitewide violation here? Was OP ban evading?

Comment on: Site-wide ban for "Violent Content". My comment: "A dood in Women's clothes beating on another man" So violent!
Your username is "newaccoutnIwasbanned" so I suspect you are really banned for ban evasion and they said violent content for whatever reason

Comment on: Mens' body positivism post removed from /r/Askreddit after multiple rewards and 10K upvotes. Because short men or fat men aren't allowed to feel human or be empathized with.
WTF is this comment?

I was just wandering if the mods actually said anything about it

Did the moderators say something about that?

Comment on: Mens' body positivism post removed from /r/Askreddit after multiple rewards and 10K upvotes. Because short men or fat men aren't allowed to feel human or be empathized with.
Was any reason for removal given?

Comment on: Apparently reddit admins don't think that human lives should matter
But all lives matter was only banned for being unmoderated

Comment on: Take a gander at the comments 🙄

Comment on: Maybe I was over the top with the swearing? Idk, you tell me.
Thanks for understanding, if someone makes a comment that is mostly ok except for an insult at the end I will usually remove it and tell the user that I will reinstate the comment if they edit out the insult

Comment on: Maybe I was over the top with the swearing? Idk, you tell me.
I get where you are coming from, but on my sub some politics or controversial stuff is within the topic of discussion, so I can't remove it, but when people start personally attacking others it leads to more people doing it, and shifts the conversation from talking about a topic to talking about each other, which is a form of off-topic conversation and something I have seen myself on similar subs with more lax moderation Basically I remove insults not because I don't want one person to be offended, but because insults serve no legitimate purpose and leas the conversation off topic >you must be very careful to remove *every single instance of this uniformly* \- and that never seems to happen. This is very important, and unfortunately rare, you are right

Comment on: Maybe I was over the top with the swearing? Idk, you tell me.
You did end it with a personal insult, so mabey that was the reason for the removal? I am not fan of censoring opinions, but on the sub I mod I will remove any comment that calls another user names

Comment on: More than 800 subreddits and counting have jumped on board an open letter calling for the mass censorship of Reddit. Let's hope the things being asked for in the letter never happen.
Exempels? I'm not challenging this, I just don't know of any examples of the left being for rape or racial and religious violence

Comment on: Doesn’t this go against the whole “don’t call for violence” thing? Or is that just for their side?

This looks fake, and I just realized it is [https://www.reddit.com/r/AntifascistsofReddit/comments/gua2ff/hey\_just\_curious\_but\_im\_pretty\_sure\_this\_account/](https://www.reddit.com/r/AntifascistsofReddit/comments/gua2ff/hey_just_curious_but_im_pretty_sure_this_account/)

Comment on: A relationship advice post is removed within hours of being posted (as soon as it made it to "trending")
It's not asking for advice, and is therfore off topic for that sub

Comment on: This type of censorship shouldn’t be allowed. This is clearly an attempt at suppressing the truth. Please share this around, don’t let it be suppressed.
From wikipedia, with sources >In August 2017, Shah retweeted and liked a tweet from a 'parody' account claiming to belong to Labour member [Owen Jones](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Owen_Jones) that read: "Those [abused girls in Rotherham](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotherham_child_sexual_exploitation_scandal) and elsewhere just need to shut their mouths. For the good of diversity".[\[35\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naz_Shah#cite_note-rotherham-35) After realising the account was not Jones' and re-reading the tweet, Shah deleted the retweet and unliked the original tweet. A spokesperson said: "This was a genuine accident eight days ago that was rectified within minutes."[\[36\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naz_Shah#cite_note-yahoosun-36)[\[37\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naz_Shah#cite_note-tanda-37) Shah also pointed to her record on challenging abuse.[\[35\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naz_Shah#cite_note-rotherham-35) In April 2018, following [Winnie Madikizela-Mandela](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winnie_Madikizela-Mandela)'s death, Shah paid tribute by tweeting an image incorporating Mandela's quote: "Together, hand in hand, with our matches and our [necklaces](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Necklacing), we shall liberate this country."[\[38\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naz_Shah#cite_note-auto1-38) She later deleted the tweet.[\[39\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naz_Shah#cite_note-39)[\[38\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naz_Shah#cite_note-auto1-38) > >In July 2018, Shah was appointed Shadow Minister of State for Women and Equalities.[\[34\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naz_Shah#cite_note-BBCJuly2018-34) > >Shah was re-elected as the MP for Bradford West at the [2019 general election](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_United_Kingdom_general_election) with a majority of 27,019.[\[40\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naz_Shah#cite_note-40)

Comment on: Because of my post about being banned on /r/rant, the power mods who are also connected to multiple subreddits are now going through my comments and banning me as retribution. 4 so far. atheism/insaneparents/insanepeoplefacebook

Comment on: Banned from r/politics for expressing opinion
Wishing death on someone is grounds for a ban, they didn't ban you for not liking him, they banned you for wishing death on him

R science always removes stuff, it doesn't look like a clear agenda, more random

Comment on: R/science removes comments advocating carbon capture as a solution to global warming, as well as comments criticizing sensationalist headlines.
They remove large numbers of posts for no clear reason, it don't seem ideological

Comment on: A new world record? Massively upvoted post. 99.9% of all comments removed by powertripping mod. None violated any rules. Watch r/WatchRedditDie die.
Can relate, I once issued a username ban for an "incitement to violence" which turned out to be a reference to a song (yes I rescinded the ban as soon as I realized)
