I really like IntelliJ IDEA for Java, used to really like eclipse but. Lately I have been just using Sublime Text.

This! sometimes there is a e.printStackTrace(); with a //TODO if you're lucky.
Quite often when I am doing web stuff I have to rebuild a couple of times or Ctrl + F5 the browser thanks to file caching.
