He then got an internship at Google mainly because of his skin color and the fact that he was a Georgia Tech student. Despite bombing the interview, he still got a job offer at Google. He's a perfect example of failing upwards, and he is in so much denial of this that he bleached his skin and brushes off his guilt as "impostor syndrome".
