Isn't GitHub a worldwide platform? Because every minority in one place is a majority someplace else. In that sense, "reverse discrimination" is meaningless by definition. I guess you have to be the right color in the right location to be discriminated against or else your claim is immediately discredited. That policy sounds like discrimination to me.
